About Us

Massage By Shari Brewster AZ MT-28939

Our priority Is to help you relax into a state that allows your body to heal itself.

We do this through a massage called Sacred Lomi or Hawaiian temple bodywork. This practice is designed to awaken and enlighten the being in the physical body. To awaken ones true calling in life and to provide space for transformation.

We cater to those who need nurturing touch to combat stress, anxiety, and grief. This treatment is highly recommended for those with PTSD as the infinity or figure 8 massage strokes have been shown to relax your mind and allow it to let go. Likewise when the mind lets go the body enters a meditative state. The muscles release tension and emotions, allowing the recipient to let go of pain that the mind has been emotionally attached to.

This is a wonderful experience and may end up being the best energy based massage that a person will ever receive. It has all the benefits of traditional massage and also provides additional potential for balancing body, energy clearing, opening chakras,  clearing meridians and providing a meditative state of relaxation.

This is extremely different from the typical Day spa massage and doesn’t even resemble any kind of Western medical massage in any way shape or form.

The treatments are all intention based and resemble a whole body oil massage with rhythmic and wave like massage strokes that encompass the entire body at one time. There is no focused work and pressure is not a consideration as like waves in the ocean are sometimes deep and sometimes soft.
